Pres remote starter will not read tach signal aps51
I have the unit hooked up ready to roll but cannot seem to get it to read the tach signal. I have it connected to ignition coil negative terminal. Clean metal on metal contacts. This is in a 94 bronco 5.8 v8

Have you used a multimeter to make sure you are getting an a/c reading ??
