I can't put the indicator light off even after cleaning the filter ??? Why ???

Try pressing and hold the filter button for about 15 seconds. See if this works for you. If I can help further, I am here......Eric Campion
I pulled the service manual and this is the instructions:
Filter Change Indicator: The light above “filter” will come on when
it is time to clean your grease filters or check your non-ducted
filters. After replacing the cleaned, or new filters, press the “filter”
button to turn off the indicator light.
Since this is not working for you, Try disconnecting power by turning the unit off at your home breaker panel box for about an hour. Hopefully this will reset the microprocessor and allow normal operating once again. If not, let em know and I will research further.
