Pressure washer has been sitting up for about 2 years.. worked perfectly before I parked it.. lol.. But, I put a new spark plug on, cleaned the filter, sprayed carb cleaner in it drained the gas tank and added new gas.. But it still does the same thing.. It starts in the choke position, runs awhile, and then shuts off. While its running, I tried to put the switch in the run position and it kills. Just wanted to see what an expert would say about the matter before I Brake it down. thanks

Did you use Gas additive when you parked it 2 years ago? Sounds like the Carburetor is gummed up. With the gov't mandate of 10% gas your carbureted engines are very unhappy. Ethanol absorbs moisture and in no time at all you have a carburetor that is sitting with water in the Bowl. Take the Bowl off the carburetor take down and clean the jets. Sometimes the Needle valve Seat, If made of rubber will melt and let only a tiny bit of gas in to fill the bowl. After a time the engine burns more gas then the seat will allow in and the engine will stall. Ethanol gas: Worse gas mileage, bad for carburetors and more expensive.. Thanks Gov't.
