I've used the scanner successfully for a few years now. this problem just started. i am scanning 8 slides at a time in professional mode and when i run the preview, it appears to be working since i can see the 8 images as they are being scanned, but then when the thumbnails are displayed, the 8 pictures become 9 or 10, with some random croppings, and random rotations. i've reset everything, rebooted, powered on/off, but nothing seems to fix it. has anyone seen this behavior before?
