Pride Celibrity 3 wheel electric scooter. The motor isn't working
When you press throttle you hear one "click" (solenoid I presume). The battery shows full charge. reverse or forward you just get a "click". With throttle pressed in you can push scooter without moving the lever on the rear wheel.

The click is the electric brakes releasing , most likly the problem you are having is the brushes in the motor may be shot cheap easy fix on each side of the motor there should be what looks like a flat head screw those are the brush covers remove them and check them replace as need , otherwise the motor may be shot
