Pride go go Ultra 3 wheel scooter, bought new batteries, now it beeps 9 times and won't go. Sometimes you have to jiggle key to even get that. Was told that there should be a sound when the brake disengages but I hear nothing, Sorry, have tried to find service for this but can't. Any help appreciated!

is the throttle lever loose and floppy?
also check the status light is it on solid just before take off and then suddenly go into fault mode? startys flashing?
If the throttle lever is loose, then quite possible the speed pot ( the electronic part that makes the scooter accellorate fast and slow , forwards or backwards) is not in the neutral position on start up. this will throw a fault code to the DS100 or DS160 telling the computer not to run the motor.
if the status light on the DS100/DS160 is on solid and then once you press the throttle lever ( forwards or backwards) it then starts to flash then it is a dirty terminal problem . terminals too the battery or on the DS100/DS160 it self
