Printer not working
Hello, I have recently bought a new computer and my Samsung 550N does not work with it! My new operating system is Windows 7. Does anyone know if this is not compatible? ..... or should I be doing something more specific? I have tried using the installation disk but it keeps telling me that my printer is not turned on or connected properly and yet it is on and it is connected via USB cable etc.

Go to the samsung website and under support /downloads and download the driver for windows 7 that corresponds with your printer. unplug your printer and turn it off reboot and then start he install process again. follow the steps. I had to call brother support once to figure it out i had the same problem. Good luck
