Printer prints all except one color
My MFC-210C prints every color except Magenta. I've installed a new cartridge but still no magenta even after several print head cleanings and that several times but still no luck. I did spill some yellow ink inside the printer and some may have splashed in the trough where the platen and encoder film are but it looks clean. Can you please help me out here, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank You.

Dear Sir/Madam,
In case you want 2 replace the printhead:
Unpower mfc. Disassemble the scanner. Remove cover.
Clockwise turn the gear wheels (on leftside )twice . Don't damage the round foil fixed at gearwheel. Its a disc!! Now you can push the head towards the gearwheels lefthand side. Pullup the printhead. Watch your fingers due 2 ink. Don't drain the machine with ink! The capillaries are fixed by a metal clamp and can be unfastened.
When reinstalling watch the belt and the positioning foil (encoder strip). Those have to be at right places: If you get an error 50 the encoder strip is not correctly positioned to the printhead.
Thanks
good luck
You need to clean the printer head with isopropyle alcohol
