Printer will not print
The Kodak Easyshare 5500 that I bought last year and really is not used that much will not print in black - but does other colors such as blue. I have changed the printer cartridge but it does not fix the problem. I have been told it may be the printer head but dont have a clue. Can you give me some guidance? Thanks

It is the printhead, and is common. Call kodak at 1.800.421.6699 to get a new one for free. They can walk you through insall when you get it, too.
