Printer will not recognize new cartridge
I have a lexmark 4113-001 printer.....I have put a new ink cartridge and the printer will not recognize it....sceen tells me that there is NO cartridge...I have went thru the motions a several times with the same result ...suggestions

Call Lexmark's toll free tech support # 1-800-539-6275. Have the printer's serial # ready.
They still give me free support on my 1020 and it's been out of warranty for years.
