Report ""printhead temp" My printer was down and off for a little over a month because I ran out of cards and ribbon. When I finally got them and turned on the printer to print a card it said "printhead temp". Reading further into details it said the temperature needs to be set!??? I didn't know this printer even had a temperature gage judge one that can cause such a big problem! The cards are only feeding half way and the ribbon is feeding but nada is printing. Can someone help me with this problem with step by step instuctions? Because I live in The Bahamas and I highly doubt anyone here can help me!
