Printing duplex the drivers are installed correclty the installed items are indicated in the porinter properties. the option to print 2 sided is available and checked. you can copy duplex. but it will not print duplex. have tried pcl and ps driver. i am a copier repair technician who installs these on a regular basis this is first time i have ever had this issue
