Printing not centered
We have eight of these printers and print barcodes on them. One of these printers prints the barcode to the right-almost going off the lable. I have cleaned the rollers and print surface. The lables seem to be feeding straight...not to the left.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
Thanks

If the other 7 printers print the barcode from the same software in the right place then the problem is with your printer.
Try to recallibrate the printer by doing this.
TURN OFF
HOLD THE GREEN BUTTON ON THE FRONT OF THE PRINTER DOWN AND TURN ON THE PRINTER
HOLD THE BUTTON UNTIL THE LIGHT FLASHES 2-3 TIMES RED AND THEN LET THE BUTTON GO
the printer should now perform a recalibration.
If this dows not fix it, then either the printer has a permanent fault or the printer driver/software is not set to the correct label width.
Check the width of the label format.
Normally this printer will center the printing automatically when it receives the instruction to change the coordinates
