My 10 year old Pro-Form 595e elliptical clunks after each step (both right and left). I just started using it after it rested for 9 years. Have any idea what needs to be tightened? If I need to disassemble the the shields from the area in which the pedal disk is located, can you tell me how to take off the shield please. Is there a trick for taking off the axle caps? In the past, once removed they get ruined and cannot be reused.
