Report "Problem 1. Battery is good , fuses are good but have no ignition everything is dead , will not start or turn over, no lights or horn ....all dead. Prob 2.....shedder in scooter as power is applied....new belt and rollers installed but did not fix the problem Prob 3 radiator has deteriated and needs replacing with something better"
