i was looking for a good processor and i found a Amd Athlon socket a 2000+ processor on ebay and now i need to know how to read the ghz because it says cpu speed 2000+ how do i know how much that is in ghz?

Kinda of a slow processor... it runs at 1.67mhz. Not worth the buy unless it is almost free. Most Intel P4 2.8 and 3.0 run faster and you can get a modern motherboard on NewEgg.com
Well then I would buy the fastest one you can locate that will fit that board... only doing this once. As I said this one is a 1.67mhz. Good Processor though from my past experiance...
