Problem connection philips blu ray player to Apex LD4088 with HDMI cable
Connected HDMI from tv to blu ray player - cannot get player to display anything. Works fine with AV cables but not with the HDMI cables. Blu ray is a Philips BDP3406/F7. Splash screen starts up with HDMI then it goes to a black screen
