After i installed the drivers for the edimax ps3100 i could not add or delete any printers anymore in vista.

when i try vista says "because of limitations" it can not add printer ask the system controller.

I am the controller and did not add any restrictions.
i can not go back with system restore because all the backups are witch the drivers installed.

deinstalling the driver does not solve the problem

how can i correc this problem
please help
