It shouldn't be a problem, however, on certain software configurations some additional software (like anti virus, firewall, and/or anti spyware software) could prevent it from working properly. It would be best to address the software company that made it, and ask them for help. After all, You've paid for the software, so they are obliged to provide You with assistance, or money back, if they can't get it to work.
