Problem has just come up-We have 4 incoming lines-for some reason every once in a while now you hear a very, very brief ring (milisecond) and it goes directly to a voice mail. We are sitting here and don't even have the option of taking the call. Wouldn't be so much of a problem, except the voice mail it goes to the person is only here two half days a week to check messages
If the voicemail it goes to is the on site voicemail, then try canceling call forwarding of the phone associated with the mailbox that gets the message by pressing FEATURE #4 from that phone. If the voicemail it goes to is an external voicemail as in that of a cellphone then try canceling line redirection by pressing #84 then press the line to cancel redirection on. Repeat for additional lines.
