Hi there, I have a genius VideoCam Messenger 3.3MB/vista.I accidentally connected the webcam into the USB port before installing the driver. I didn't read the warnings until after!Now my computer won't recognise the webcam when I plug it into the USB port. It's as though it doesn't exist. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it correctly with no success. Have I damaged the webcam? Do you have any suggestions? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
