Problem setting my timex iron man cr2025

I was trying to set my watch to the local time and have some how switched it off.I am unable to switch it on as i do not have a manual.please help me

Good morning ! try to short the reset pad on the pcb of your watch ,just open the case back and use a twisser to short the reset pad ! good luck !....
