I don't know if this problem has already been discussed, but I got a Maxtor 160 gig external hard drive. When I plug it in the computer makes that bleeping USB sound and sometimes the light of the EXHD flashes from red to green and back again. Sometimes it stays on green but it's still not recognized by my computer. It doesn't say on my computer that it's made contact. What do I have to do to get to my photos which I have stored there?
