I have downloaded the latest drivers and software for the Agfa SnapScan 1236 but when I select the ScanWise icon on the computer it asks me to turn the scanner on which I can't do from the front of the scanner. Can you please suggest what we can do? could you please let us know where we can download a manual for support.
