Problem with getting burner to light
The front right burner on my gas Jenn-air will not light. It will light with a match but the ignitor will not light it. At the same time that I try to turn on the RF burner, the LR ignitor starts to spark. I have purchased a new ignitor for the RF burner and it does not correct the problem. I know the replacment ignitor is good as it works on the RR burner. Why does the LR ignitor spark when I try to turn on the RF burner and is it related to my problem? Help.

All my ignitors spark when I turn one of them on. I'v been told it is normal. I had a problem before and the tech that replace the ignitor said the issues is with alignment. Try to rotate the burner a bit left or right and see if it fixes it.
