I have a Miele cook top that has not worked properly from the initial install. Problem 1 was a burner that would not stay on once lit. I have tried aligning the round piece in the middle, tried cleaning the thermocouple...nothing seems to help.

Now half of the burners keep clicking after the knob has been released. Tried cleaning the thermocouples with sandpaper...no luck. I lifted up the top to see if there are any loose connections...it all looks fine....as far as my untrained eye could see.

Is this a problem with the controller...or are the thermocouples not working right? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
