Problem with my vtouch frozen on welcome screen
Please help me my vtouch stays at start screen: -> please wait... help me plz when i turn on my vtouch it stays stuck on the "please wait, welcome" screen it was working great then it decided to do that. i have pressed reset and nothing even when i plug it into the computer nothing happens it just stays in the welcome screen

Return it that is a well known problem and that happens to every 4 out of 10 vtouches just send a note explaining the situation and that you want a new one
