Problem with old datamax printer
Hi I had 2 datamax printer. One is quite old and another is recently bought. My old printer is used for testing purpose and I currently testing a 3.5 inch label.
My problem is my old printer always display top of form error when I change into a 3.5inch label. However, its works well with label of bigger size. I tried all kind of calibration and adjustment but the problem persist.
However, if i change to my new printer and use it to test the 3.5 inch label. It works fine without any adjustment.
Can any one help to solve this problem

It sounds like you may not have the latest firmware. You should go to the Datamax website and download the latest firmware revision for your printer. http://www.datamaxcorp.com/software/ If it's not available on the website, you can call Datamax with your CID# and serial number and ask them to send you the latest firmware for that printer. This should hopefully clear up your problem.
