When i try to sync our downloaded audio's with our Daughters Tag I receive a message saying that an error has occurred and i am to try again (which i do to no avail) and if i click on the more details link i am only quotes error 24. I have tried everything even setting it back to its factory settings but i get error 19 when i try this to... Its as though whenever the connect software tries to connect to the tag it causes the tag to shut down as the light goes to a very dim slow flashing light which then causes a real difficulty when trying to get the tag to turn back on. Any Ideas Anyone? Thanks
