I'm trying to record through a samson gtrack usb mic on my hewlit packard compaq notebook. I'm getting crackles and pops all the time, more so when I;m making noise but still when it is just on. There is also a high pitched electrical surge sound(i think thats the best way to decribe it) that comes through every 5 secs or so. Help me obe1, your my only hope...Kenny from Ausralia
