Problems with The Learning Company windows cd rom version 1.0

Its a foriegn language French for everyone. When i try to install it says i need _SETUP.DLL and_ISRES.DLL in the _SETUO>lib folder i have no clue what to do im stuck. Help

.dll should be on software disk
click start menu
open my computer
mouse pointer to Cd/DVD drive.
right click on drive select explore.
you search for setup.dll & lres.dll
when you find them leave folder open.
install software when it ask for files select browse go to cd/dvd drive open till your at the .dll file click ok.
should install.
If you are unable to find the file click start, select search, select all files & folders
type in file name
select look in select cd/dvd
search will look for files for you.
you will still have to tell installer where they are.
If unable to find sometimes software manufactures mess up installation package.
