Report "Product: Eaton Powerware Pulsar M 3000 3000VA...can any one help me how can i solve this issue. when i received this UPS it shows Error Battery fault. so i change battery with new battery now it shows check battery connection no battery. i already checked many time battery connection. then i replace battery again with old one it shows same no battery connection. :("
