Product is Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning. We put the cd in the drive, we get lights on the drive, we get hard drive disk activity but no installation program comes up. We tried turning off Norton AV, tried booting, tried other CDs in the drive (they worked) but still no installation program. Roxio CD looks fine, no smudges, no scratches. Any suggestions welcome

Most probably the CD does not have the autoun function or the autorun is no functioning. If you need to install the software, open the Windows Explorer and click on the drive for the CD and on the Explorer right side plane double click the "setup" installer and the installation should run.
