Product Key number is not accepted after hard drive crashed
My laptop crashed and when fixed Microsoft Office will not accept my product key to use 'Word', 'Excel' etc.
Not sure if this may help but our WiFi went down awhile back and we changed the password to access WiFi, could that be a possible reason? Other than that not sure if anything else has changed.
What can I do?

Your WiFi connection is not responsable for this problem.
Uninstall Microsoft Office Professional 2007.
After that type in a command prompt windows the following command: del %temp%\*.* /f /s /q (this command will delete from your computer a lot of temporary files).
Restart your computer and try to install againg your Office 2007.
If you still have a problem with this message that means your KEY is not available or was a trial key.
