Program has to shut down as soon as I sign in
This is the first time this has happened. I try to log-in (turn on) quicken, it stalls and then says the "program has encountered a problem and has to close". It asks me to describe what I was doing when the problem occurred and then sends and report some where. Any Idea what the problem is?

You will need to uninstall and re-install the program. Open Control Panel, Programs and Features. Find Quicken on the list and uninstall it. Reboot the PC and re-install Quicken. This should solve the problem. If not then there is another program on the system that is causing the problem and will require further investigation.
