Check to see if the spray tips are clogged with soap. when you remove the water tank you will find them located on each corner in the front of your steamer. they are usually red in color. pull both side tabs together then lift out. remove clamp then carefully pull the hose off. i have had the hose rip on me before so do use caution. you should see the clog if there is one and should come out in hot tap water. there are several things that could cause this problem but this is the most likely. good luck!!!
always before you store your machine put it on the rinse cycle and clear all soap so it doesn't harden inside and clog.always before you store your machine put it on the rinse cycle and clear all soap so it doesn't harden inside and clog.
