Prop spins slow on any speed on the foot pedal
I have a bow mount Minn kota power drive foot pedal unit that only spins slow on full power. Tried different batteries. Then I jumped the motor right to the battery and it worked fine. Figured it was the foot pedal. Replaced it and I still have the same problem. Help.....

There is a good chance that the control board is bad. This is a common problem with these units. I have replaced my control board twice. When the control board goes out, some function of the unit will not work correctly while other functions work fine. The first time mine went out, the prop motor would not work. The last time the board went out, the unit would only steer right.
