Propane gas model VP2800BT ..fan runs continuously with switch on "auto" ...is this a thermostat problem..?? Used to work fine before, but just started doing this ...even when i change heat setting

Sounds like a bad fan switch. It is a small sensor attached to the heat exchanger and is designed to turn on at a specified temperature. When the unit is cold, take an Ohm meter and test for continuity across the switch. It should be open if good. If it shows a completed circuit, replace it.
