I work at a comany that has a phone system that is used so that when I am away from my desk, the voicemail goes to my outlook inbox. However I am unable to hear anything on any of those voicemails. Someone told me that I have my amplifier hooked up wrong. Can you walk me threw the steps so that I can hear these voicemails. Thank you, Heather
