PTO led on the dash lights up when i try to start the tractor. I replaced the PTO switch, but no luck. Its like the starter loop thinks the PTO is ON, but the switch is definitely OFF
Sounds like something like the key switch is searching for a ground.Use a piece of wire hooking one end to the negative of the battery and touch the metal case of the key switch with the other end , turn the key and see if the pto light still comes on , Feedback from a bad ground can drive you crazy.
