Pull cord stuck
I can't pull the cord. I removed the cover, I could pull the cord once it was release from it housing. The round black part (housing?) is what is stuck. I was unable to remove this part. The diagram in the manual wasn't much help. This happen after using the Mantis for only a few minutes. The tiller seemed very hot for being in use for such a shot time.

It sounds like the recoil spring in the "housing" is jammed( or something is broken) youll have to take this apart without breaking it. you may have internal engine damage if it was unusually hot and the pullcord jammed. try using a richer oil mixture for fuel also if you fix the pullcord. hope this helps, keep me posted.
Try seeing if the flywheel even turns, that could be a major problem.
