Pulp galore! This is the first time I'm using it and my apple juice came out like apple sauce! Is this how this thing works? I've heard it's a great juicer, but it's not marking high in my book right now. Please, can anyone offer some helpful info as to why? Thank you!

Are you exceeding the capacity of the juicer? you will get about 2 and 1/2 large glasses of juice before the pulp fills the spinning basket. Apple peels are very tough, apples and tomatoes need to be peeled before juicing. Use the filters, the juice comes out much clearer and the juicer is easier to clean up. I so a lot of carrots, carrots are super food.
