Pulsing clicking sound when paper is inserted

Issue:
Our office has been using this shredder for a few years and never had any major problems until now. Every time we insert a paper into the machine a loud clicking sound comes from the inside. There are no visual obstructions on top or underneath. It still shreds but it sounds like something is loose internally.
