Pump runs for about 15 secs then cuts off
Sq1152 pump runs for about 15 secs then cuts off. will re-start about a min later. impeller is not blocked. motor case gets v hot

Try testing the starting capacitor by first disconnecting the power, opening the cover on the end of the motor, and test the resistance of the capacitor
