push out the pin and replace it with a good one. For reference this is a Citizen Eco Drive men's watch. I don't have the exact model in front of me. I guess I'm convinced this needs to be sent to Citizen, but how long does something like this take, and how much can I expect to pay? This is not a brand new watch
