Put a turkey in the big george and the wing hit the heat bar there was a crack not loud and now it will not turn on. when I plug it in three 000 come up but it wont turn on no red power light or motor nothing. it didn't damage the bar it just won't turn on. I have held down the reset button I am at a stand still can anyone help

You may have blown a fuse. they have one on the in side of the unit. But if its brand new dont try it your self this will invalidate your warrentee. but if its older try it you self by takeing out the screws and remove the cover. Unpluged of corse. Near the power cord and what have you in side you should find a fuse. replace it. Good luck DFD Please rate me TKU
