Put my password in and it did not take it. Then locked as did it three times.Got puk code.That did not work.Put new sim card in.Did not work.How do I unlock this thing PLEASE. It is a Palm Treo z22

Try to hard reset it
The lockout code is generated by your Phone's serial number and is meant to keep you from putting your own sim cards in. So I would put the original SIM card in.
When you get locked out from bad PIN inputs and are asked for the PUK code, you get REALLY locked out if you get that one wrong. At which point your best option is to call your carrier for the PUK2 code so they can help you unlock your phone.
The alternatives are illegal and I can't post them.
