Put too much cleaner in, bubbling alot, turned off, dumped water & refilled. Won't start now

I put too much cleaner in Rainbow E-series, it started bubbling alot, making bubbling noise. I turned it off, dumped the water & started over & now it won't start. Don't know if water got where shouldn't be or what happened. Hoping for a simple solution!
