Putting freon in system using artic freeze compressor cycling way to fast I think probably every 15 seconds
So the gauge on the freon is going up and down also hard to tell where its at so it did get cold but then drove a little then back to warm so what do you think freon still low?

The compressor is doing this because the system is low on refridgerent, did you pull at least a 30" vacuum on the system before starting to charge it?
Not just for moisture, it gets the air out so the new charge goes in smoothly without air pockets. Do it right if you don't want problems soon after the repair.
