Quark 7.3 won't open, it says - cannot access XPress Preferences file [12] and a previous box says not compatible with this version of Xpress Preferences [86] ? This has happened before and have retried Quark's fix of renaming files to old_quarkXPress 7.0 ... but it now denies permission to change the name
